Nine West's Vintage America and Vintage America Voices Contest

Last week, Nine West introduced their latest collection, Vintage America, which is an all-American array of shoes and accessories inspired by the Heartland. Sold separately from the mainstream Nine West line, Vintage America features pieces with a casual, worn-in feel, from plaid shirts and cropped sweaters to distressed jeans and cowboy boots.

And now, Nine West, accompanied by singer Miranda Lee Richards, are calling all budding singer/songwriters for the Vintage America Voices Contest.

Weekly winners will be selected through September 1, and a panel of judges will select seven finalists, and a winner. The panel includes Richards; Nine West Creative Director, Fred Allard; Lucky Magazine’s Merchandising director, Rebecca Babcock, and Danny Strick, co-president of Sony/ATV Music Publishing. The winner will be given the chance to record and release a single through Hickory Records, a division of Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

Time is running out for holiday shopping. With the calendar counting down the remaining shopping days, it might become tough to nail down the perfect gifts for your loved ones.
